Cardio Kick Boxing

The Cardio Kick boxing class is designed to be an intense workout that is fun and informative to beginners and veterans alike. In this class you work at your own pace through a 40 minute non-stop work out that will begin with an instructor warming you up, then putting you through 5 rounds of boxing combined with calisthenics, and cooling you down to end it. In this class you will learn and reinforce boxing and kick boxing fundamentals and burn lots of calories, all while having a great time.
